Pagan Theology #3

 The final instalment of the short series of seminars looking at theology within the pagan traditions. This one looks at notions of theodicy (why do people suffer; why are some people so horrible) and touches briefly on ethical codes in different traditions.  The Ipswich Pagan Council is hosting an afternoon seminar/discussion to introduce interested newcomers to the different varieties of paganism that can be found in Suffolk. The Children of Green Knowe #10

 This is my reading of the tenth part of Lucy M Boston's "The Children of Green Knowe" (1954), in which Tolly has an encounter with the (only mildly) menacing spectre of a cursed tree. There's also some Christmas shopping, if you can bear the prospect at this time of year and are not sick to the back teeth of shopping.
